We have a few types of offers we can make.
These are different options.
Option 1. 90 Day Plan. We offer $3,500 plus free movers and you can stay in the house for up to 90 days after you receive payment. We pay off the mortgage.
If you do not need movers, we can offer $5,000. More info here.
No Realtors Commissions or Closing Costs.
Option 2. Traditional Sale. If there is room in the deal to make you an offer and pay off the house, we will make an offer.
No Realtors Commissions and usually no Closing Costs.
Option 3. 'Subject To' deal. We buy the house 'subject to' the existing mortgage. We take over, or assume, the mortgage, and pay you a cash payment.

Option 4. Sell the house for top dollar. If your house is in good shape and you want to list it on the market and sell it, we have an excellent Realtor that can list and sell it.

The 90 Day Plan
Cash Payment. No Credit Checks. Free Movers. The 90 Day Plan is an exit strategy for property owners in foreclosure. We pay $3,500 to buy your interest in the property, and you convey the deed to our company. You can stay in the property for up to 90 days after payment is received. Once you are ready, let us know the date and we will schedule a moving truck and movers to load the truck and unload the truck at your new location, same day, in Central Florida.
The 90 Day Plan is an easy, stress-free way to resolve the problem of foreclosure, which removes lots of the question marks and indefinite timelines.
If you do not need movers, then we can normally increase the cash payment to $5,000.
You do not need to clean or repair the property, and you take what you want or need, and leave the rest.
Traditional Sale (Off Market)
"Off Market" just means that you have not listed your property for sale with a realtor. If you have equity in your house, and the house does not need many repairs, we can likely make a more substantial offer to purchase the house from you, and pay off the mortgage at closing.
